   Charles completed four years of education at West Virginia University, studying in both the Accounting and Management Information Systems (MIS) programs. During his time at WVU, he worked on a variety of hands-on projects designed to mirror real-world business challenges from process optimization and financial analysis to technology-driven decision making.

This combination of accounting discipline and systems knowledge inspired Charles to establish Hosinger Partners with a clear mission: to bridge the gap between financial clarity, operational efficiency, and innovative technology solutions.
 

   Today, Charles  applies a practical, analytical approach to every engagement, helping clients implement strategies that simplify workflows, improve performance, and set the foundation for sustainable growth.
 

   When he’s not consulting, Ethan enjoys running, developing creative systems, and connecting with local business owners and entrepreneurs.
